Communication Preferences
Avío Credit provides valuable services via email, telephone, and automated voice messages. These services may include account notifications, promotions, discounts/coupons, and valuable financial resources. While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you wish to unsubscribe from all or a single type of communication, you may do so by following the instructions listed below.
Unsubscribe options
If you wish to unsubscribe from promotional communications, please contact Customer Service via email at CustomerService@AvioCredit.com or by calling 1-888-638-2846.
Alternatively, all communications we send offer ways to opt out directly. Follow the instructions below to opt out of each communication separately.
Email opt-out
You may unsubscribe directly from any promotional email message. All promotional messages include an easily accessible link to unsubscribe from future messages.
Email terms & conditions
By providing Avío Credit with your email address(es) you consent that we may send email messages to your email address(es). Please add CustomerService@Email.AvioCredit.com and CustomerService@AvioCredit.com to your safe sender list or email address book. Email services are provided on an "as is" basis. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.
Text Message Program
We only send text messages (SMS) to consumers who have opted into the Text Message Program. By opting in to receive SMS, you authorize Avío Credit to deliver sales and marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number. These services may include account notifications, appointment reminders, payment reminders, marketing and promotions, and valuable financial resources. Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply. Avío Credit is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS are provided on an "as is" basis.

SMS Help or Support
For help or additional information regarding our SMS, email your request to CustomerService@AvioCredit.com, call the Avío Credit customer service line at 1-888-638-2846 or reply "HELP" to the message you receive from your mobile device.
Opt Out Rights
At any time, you may withdraw your consent to receive SMS. To unsubscribe, reply "STOP" to any SMS you receive. You can email your opt out request to CustomerService@AvioCredit.com or call the Avío Credit customer service line at 1-888-638-2846.
